Platinum General Contracting made a difficult situation as painless as possible. They were responsive and quickly came out to assess the situation. The workers were on-time, professional, and made sure the work was minimally intrusive. Platinum saved more of my cabinets than I expected and was able to save my countertops. They communicated well through every step of the process. I highly recommend them.

From very first contact to final inspection, I could not be any more satisfied with the service Platinum provided! We had a room damaged and the carpeting and part of the walls had to be removed. They submitted a very accurate estimate, showed up, and completed it right on time and I was just amazed when I saw how the room turned out once they had completed it. Absolutely no smell and completely ready for the build back people!

We received incredible service on our smoke damage claim. We were affected by a kitchen fire in our neighbor's home in Fort Lauderdale home. Luckily our home was not directly affected by the fire, but both our neighbors on either side of our home were. The ash and smoke made their way into our property and covered everything in a fine layer of soot. A few of our neighbors were working with Platinum General Contracting and so we gave them a shot.
